A wonderful tale of time and loveAbby comes back to Scotland to ease her soul after the sudden death of her parents, and sees Ian, the man she once and still loves An argument shows them that love can last through time and distance.

Loved ItA very well written romantic time travel adventure As dangerous as the Highlands were in 1618, Abby and Ian managed to survive and return to their own time An interesting tale and a great start to this series.

Scottish MistInto the Scottish mist has an interesting story line However, it is not as well written as I would have liked The repetitive use of phrases were particularly cumbersome.

Title Into The Scottish MistAuthor Beth Anne MillerPublisher The Wild Rose PressPublication Date 2 04 2011ISBN 1 60154 851 6Genre Time TravelLength 352 pagesBuy Link Rating 5 Diamonds Heat Level SpicyReviewer TJDate February 18, 2011After a desperate search for the woman he s spent four years trying to forget, Ian is forced to believe the unbelievable he must travel through the mists of time to find Abby But finding her is just the beginning Trapped four hundred years in the past, Abby and Ian must find a way to end a bitter clan feud or sacrifice their return to the present and their future together. This book has history, clan wars, proper Gaelic dialogue and hot Highlander sex so what can I ask for Absolutely nothing This is one of those books that I just know I will read again and again Ian and Abby are wonderful characters so authentic in their relationship I loved watching how they deal with their situation and their emotions Having been lucky enough to visit Loch Ness I m happy to say that this fantastic story reminded me of my fabulous visit and transported me back to the rugged beauty of Scotland I feel positive that even for those who have never physically been there these is the most economical way to find yourself on Scottish shores Beth Ann Miller has definitely earned a spot on my must read list with this memorable time travel.

If your idea of a good hero includes a guy wearing a kilt, engaging in sword play, finding a heather field an erotic playground, and singing Metallica songs in time of distress, then boy do I have a hero for you Although the story alternates between 2010 and 1610, the reader does not get confused or lose the storyline The secondary and tertiary characters are as well written as our hero and heroine Their personalities are developed, and are integral to the the story In fact, this is one of the few times that I was left wanting a sequel because of a secondary character This story, unlike many time travel stories I have read, does not leave anyone behind in the past or in the future I found that immensely satisfying. But, let s not forget this is a romance Our heroine, while having a crisis over her feelings for the hero, is a strong, capable woman She is not the simpering female who needs her prince on a white charger to ride to her rescue And our hero What can I say that I didn t say above He is written as a thoughtful, charming Highlander, whose first duty is to save his woman, and to protect the past Despite the length of the book, I found this a quick, thoroughly enjoyable read Take some time out and put this on your to read list Originally posted at

What is it about time travel stories that captivate me over and over again Is it the magic of characters being swept into a time not their own, and the enjoyment of reading about how they adapt to these sudden changes There truly is something amazing and magical about the concept of time travel Over and over again there are new stories that delve into the depths of time travel experience. And now, Into the Scottish Mist, two lovers must face a new obstacle in their happily ever after They must find their way to their own time, and face the problems that they ve already had handed to them Abby and Ian go through turmoil to get to their happily ever after, but the ride they endure before then is an amazing one that readers will not want to miss

What This book had very little story and way too much sex What little bit of plot there was , was left unfinished by the books end Unless the author has released a sequel there are quite a few loose ends The whole reason of what happened to Duncan was promised but never delivered, we don t know who McNabb really is and what was Allana and Ewan s history I am glad this was s

Into the Scottish Mist is a unique time travel that plummets both the hero and heroine back in time to a harsher and dangerous Scotland.I truly enjoyed reading this wonderful tale and loved the characters.I m looking forward to reading from Ms Miller.
